I had a horrible experience with this organization regarding my security deposit when I moved out of their property. I had to go to small claims about it. While the two people I dealt with personally were personally kind, I found the management dishonest in how they handled the situation. I would never rent from them again.
They are great. Manage lots of properties always easy to get a hold of. And sell houses as well. Pricey for the area.
Bruce Jay manages a lot of properties in the area and is a good resource if you're looking for something to rent. The properties vary in size as well.
Lazy, unresponsive and the owner likes to peruse the Internet and post comments accusing everyone who posts of negative comment of being a liar. They are also very dishonest and try to cajole tenants into signing forms they, the tenant, are not legally required to sing.
Bruce Jay Associates is a terrible agency to deal with. They lack professionalism and honesty. Have continually failed to meet the basic requirements of a property management company. There is rarely any communication between to the tenants as well as the landlord regarding property issues.
