I have been going to Dr. Hanely for 2 years. Luckily only every six months for cleaning. I am changing dentists though. He seems to be bothered to have patients. Once, I waited for one hour in the chair waiting for him to give me an exam. The hygenists said that he was in his office and would be right out. Literally I was in there for an hour and he never showed up. I walked out and left. The staff is friendly and nice. The office and equipment is very outdated...even the military has more up to date equipment and procedures... read more

Never been kept waiting, desk personal pleasent,explain billing, hygienist excellant. For many years I have used Dr. Hanley, and found him to be completely compitent in the many procedures I have had performed. His chair-side manner is excellent,keeping you relaxed and comfortable under his care. Thanks to his ability, I have a wonderful, gleaming smile.

I have been pleased in general with Dr. Hanley's work, but have encountered long wait times (1 hour +) past the time of my appointment . The staff seemed nonchalant about this and did not apologize at all for the delays.

HYGIENIST EXCELLANT EXPERIENCED. SIX(6) FRONTCROWNS AND VENEERS.HAD TO BE DONE SECOND TIME TO CORRECT HIS ORGINAL POOR WORK. TWO BACK CROWNS HAVE COME OFF AND HAD TO BE REGLUED. SEEMS TO HAVE A VERY FULL SCHEDULE, TOO MUCH WORK IN ONE DAY, RUSHES AND SEEMS SLIGHTLY DISINTERESTED IN HIS WORK. LIKES USING THE COMPUTER TO MAKE CROWNS.

I've been going to Dr. Hanley's office since 1990. I have always received excellent care from his extremely professional and friendly staff. Every six months I go to Hanley's office for a cleaning and check up. I've had a number of cavities filled, a cracked tooth fixed and one root canal. I keep returning because I can find no fault with this office. I've never been kept waiting more than 10 minutes for a scheduled appointment and they were able to see me quickly in emergencies. I give this business top marks.

After treatment in this office my bite is not the same, and I have to seek treatiment in another office. I just went for few small cavities. After first side was finished,I had to have it refixed. After I had second cavity fixed I was in pain for days, and I went to refix that one too. Besides pain I also couldn't have cold or hot on my toot. I just went to Dr. Hanley's office this morning for a regular checkup & cleaning, and I was quite pleased with my care. The hygenist was quick and efficient, and Dr. Hanley took time to answer all my questions and was quite nice. I've never had major dental problems, so I can't speak to those kinds of concerns, but for regular routine care, at least, I would recommend Dr. Hanley highly.

My wife and I started to use Dr. Hanley but my first experience left me cold. It seemed his mind was not on the job, very articifial. So I did not go back. My wife needed more immediate dental care so she continued. However, in the last year her veneer fell off and after the Dr. put it back on, it fell off again later. During this time she also had a crown which also fell off.
