Dr Waller made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me.
Dr Waller has excellent decide manners and seems to genuinely care about his patients. He listened to my concerns and offered insight.
They were very organized and prompt. Dr Waller was thorough and answered all of my concerns.
Dr. Waller is very personable and knowledgeable. He is also very thorough and asks questions and answers mine.
He is a great listener. Bring your questions. He will take time to listen and then respond. This visit he said I now need a heart catheterization to see what’s going on with my heart. I’m not excited about it but I trust Dr Waller completely. He usually spends apts calming my fears . This time he said we need to do this test. I know it’s the best course of action because he doesn’t rush into treatments if they aren’t warranted. Also love his staff. They make a scary thing like my heart health a little less scary.
Dr Waller always takes time to review chart and asks several questions, does an exam and reviews meds.
Dr Waller always has time to listen and explains carefully. I can’t think of anything he could do to improve his level of care. As a dentist I know patient care well and Dr Waller is excellent at it!
