My ballerina daughter had an Achilles tendinitis that was not fully responding to rest, exercise, and iontophoresis. After several acoustic wave therapy sessions, she improved dramatically and was able to progress her physical therapy and eventually return to dancing in top form! Dr Bruce was on a list I received from my insurance company as an in-network provider, based on the reviews I decided to give them a try. It’s been a month and I have yet to speak with someone! Multiple calls and voicemails left and no one has called me back to schedule an appointment. This might be a good place but poor communication is a huge red flag for me.
