Staff member very rude on phone
Dr. Bruce is still an incredible surgeon and very caring of his patients. However, Kristen has no business whatsoever dealing with patients with the heartless, uncaring manner in which she has. When people go through difficult times, they don't need rude people like her pushing them down even further. Look at everything already going on in the world Karen, I mean Kristen and reevaluate the way you treat others!
Dr. Bruce is the best PERIOD! Back in December 2018 he saved my life literally! I was coming up on 500 lbs and was in very poor health! He performed a duodenal switch on me and 5 years later I’m down 250 lbs, diabetes went away, blood pressure now normal, cholesterol now normal and was taken off a lot of medications! I feel much better and can actually do activities that require energy and stamina to perform!
