I had a steroid injection w Dr. Rowe. Someone else set up his sterile equipment for him and then left the sterile field. I developed a STREP infection in my hip, which became septic and required emergency surgery and 6 day hospital stay. Now, 3 months post op, I'm still in daily, excruciating pain and require assistance with basic daily activities. I can't even walk! And the worst part? Thought I would save me some time and driving by seeing an orthopedic surgeon in Battle Creek instead of Dr Rowe in Kalamazoo. Wow, what a mistake. Dr Rowe was everything this other doctor wasn’t. Courteous, knowledgeable, professional and well trained. Dr Rowe always treated me with the utmost respect and communicated very well. Infection after 2nd hip - had to be hospitalized after 2nd hip surgery 1000 miles away in WashingtonDC!
Dr. Rowe has very good beside manners. My first. Visit with him was very emotional. He was confident that he would get me walking. I seen the confidence he had that he could help me. So far very good. Had one hip replaced feeling good cant wait to get the other one done! Everything is going good. My husband has confidence in him also. I am happy to be working with him and the staff has been fantastic also!
EXCELLENT! I just had the Cool Leif procedure on my left knee with Dr. Rowe 2 weeks ago and can honestly say this is the first time in 30 years I've been without knee pain! He was very thorough in explaining this new procedure before hand. I have every confidence in him as a fine orthopedic surgeon!
Dr Rowe is a kind caring Doctor and I feel the best in his field. I highley recommend him and trust him.
