Bob and I toured here in January and fell I love with the place!!! We decided that in February- we were are following our dreams and moving south. Braxton Bay worked with us moving from Virginia. They have made this move and transition one of the smoothest and easy going things we had ever done. They entire staff are amazing and we are so pleased with our new place. It’s beyond our dreams.
Just applied yesterday and got approved today. Great customer service, the apartments are beautiful and the area is very quiet. Kyle was the person that helped us out he was very friendly. Thank you very much once again.

I just moved in last week and the apartment is beautiful with a wonderful staff and they do awesome events to really bring the community together!
I Moved in on January 20th and I love the Apartments! Customer service is great! And all of the amenities make it work living here! Broxton Bay allowed my move in process to be quick ! The apartments are beautiful and with lots of space! I love being in the river city area with everything being so close! Come check out this place you won't be disappointed! I also like that this community has events for the residents to be apart of!
