RecommendedBroxton Bay is a wonderful community for families! The staff truly care about the residents and are helpful and friendly. Our AC broke after hours, and I put in a help ticket. I didn’t anticipate hearing from anyone until the next business day. Travis, the maintenance supervisor, came out and fixed it within thirty minutes! Chelsea is always helpful as well. She helped us with our lease and has answered any questions and resolved any small issues immediately for us. We absolutely love it here!

Really enjoyed my stay here staff was wonderful and I honestly never had to call for anything to be fixed. Property clean and is kept up very well. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. They have events on the property for your family. Pool is always clean as well. Many places have issues with gates being broken that was one thing that I loved. The gates work. Safe place to live as well. PThank you all very much. I will miss living there!
employe named Mandy was rude to me and judge me on my looks and Mandy didnt even look at my face when she was talking to me and Proceeded to look me up-and-down with discuss while I was in tshirt and black shorts and as I was leaving she laughed at me and said like whatever
I moved from Georgia to Jacksonville and Curt, Maddie and Tyler made the transition very easy and they walked me thru the entire process. Once I arrived at the office to finalize the paperwork, etc. they welcomed me with smiling faces! As far as the property and apartment everything was spot on!! This made it easy for me to start a new chapter in my life!!
I've said it before and I'll say it again, the people here are wonderful! The staff has been nothing short of amazing going as far as to stop the postman to track down two packages that had been missing for days. There is always something fun going on, regular movie nights, parties for holidays, and just all around good times to be had. The pool is great, the outdoor spaces are amazing and more are in process of being built.
