Service department does not perform work they are asked to perform. waited 2 plus hours for an oil change and the oil was never changed. Said they checked for a noise the truck has under acceleration, but the mileage on the truck shows they never test drove it. To busy trying to sell add on services to actually perform work you brought vehicle in for.

Brownsville Toyota made my first car-buying experience easy! Although I was really skeptical with the car-buying process, Mr. Oscar Vega from Sales and Alejandro Martinez from Finance were professional, honest and courteous to their clients. They were able to provide me some of the best deals compared to other dealerships. Definitely worth the hour-drive to Brownsville. Although I bought the Tacoma back in April 2018, it is still running strong, and completely satisfied with my purchase! Thanks again! -OL
