I schedule my father appointment over the phone with Jeanette and she was very friendly and help me with emailing me all new patients documents so I could fill it out for him. I don’t live in Brownsville to go with my father to his appointment but he did said that he was very satisfied with the doctor and staff. Office is very clean and there’s a friendly feeling in the office. I’m very happy to know I made the right decision to pick Westlake Dentistry as my father new dental office.

I switched both my boys to Westlake and I love it there!!! The staff is friendly and helpful and it very very clean there. Monica helped us today and she was very attentive and courteous. I will definitely recommend this place to others.

I love going to this place..the staff are super nice. One thing I didn't like from the girl Monica or veronica who did my cleaning on Tues.12/18/18 at 5:30 appt. she asked me if I was ever told to use the water peak floss? I told her I didn't know, how do i use it? She made a noise and ignored me...I followed her to the front and she didn't explained me? Just a little disappointmented..I like the way she cleans my teeth..so far everything else is awesome!

As always, everyone at the clinic were courteous. This is the only dentist clinic that I've been to where the owner/dentist makes sure they see the patient before the procedure done by the dental hygienist. They treat their patients like their family. I can't think of a better word than EXCELLENT to describe the staff and the service they provide.
