Today I brought home a very beautiful arrangement. When my wife saw it she was all tears, good tears after so many sad ones after a loved one has passed. Thank you for taking your time and skills to warm a heart. Another beautiful arrangement picked up today. Flowers fresh, vase awesome. It's like they are Jedi Knights of Flower bouquets 💐
Bad customer service. The lady made the wrong colours I asked for and got kind of confrontational when I mentioned that it wasn't the colours we talked about. Obviously it was the owner or manager of this location because you're not asking me to reach out to hear my side. Extremely unprofessional response. You where not out of a color I asked for? I ordered from the US to surprise a coworker who lives in Victoria. They did a fantastic job in terms of the timing of delivery. I don't remember if I requested a 12pm delivery time (or if I was able to specify) but it was absolutely perfect timing. I'm looking forward to hearing about the quality of the flowers themselves!
