My FAVORITE dealership. We purchased our XFR in 2013, the experience was amazing and so easy! They worked with us on our trade and came down on our XF to get our payments where we needed them. Everyone was so friendly including the service department when we took our car in for scheduled maintenance. This is the worse dealership I have ever dealt with in over 40 years of purchasing vehicles. Their word cannot be trusted. Stay away!
Purchased my vehicle 03/16 the service then and after was great!
After driving a large SUV for over 10 yrs I wanted something different & found it at Browns Jaguar - the F-Pace. The sales mgr (Bruce) & my salesman (Mike) were absolutely fabulous. I do not like buying cars - the process is just not my thing. I shared that with them & they went out of their way to make it an enjoyable, fast & easy experience. Bruce Case, and Mark Revely are absolutely wonderful to work with! I've been buying new vehicles since 1978, and I must say that this is the best dealership I've ever conducted business with in the 38 years that I've been purchasing new vehicles!
So far in three years owning with one exception, I'm happy. A promised return phone call when I needed service didn't happen on one occasion. When I called Bryan Walton, he was understanding of my complaint. He not only was courteous but offered sincere apology for Brown's not calling back. Overall, all service has been great since my purchase.
