Teach your drivers to do better. It reflects poorly on your company. This driver cut others off and rode our bumper while we were passing a semi on i75. He had to be going over 85 mph going past us.
Paid them to come out twice. First time there for 10 minutes and told me the system was fine and was unsure why it was leaking, then my ceiling fell through and they charged me 200 for that visit. Then another 500 when they came back and actually did something. Nothing against the 500 but the 200 dollar bill was ridiculous when they did nothing and cost me damage. and “management” is no where to be found when you ask for them multiple times.
