Called them out to thaw out pipes they send a hvac guy who admitted he didn't do plumbing so had to get a guy to come out to meet him. They use my tools my propane and solimander to thaw out the pipes say they fix it charge me 600 dollars leave then within 5 min water stops they come back out and tell me they are going charge me more than double a hr to try again and will still use my tools or charge me even more to use their tools like they should have from start at no charge very disappointed and cant beleive they charged ... read more
The company was very efficient. Work completed in a day and a half. The employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. Explaining everything as they went. They will be my heating and cooling experts from now on.
