Several bad experiences. One home used copper for gas lines to hot water heater caught by inspector a few years later, quote not same on one project as estimate, another project left hanging for weeks after accepted estimate to eventually hire another company. Most could have been handled professionally but front desk lady is ready to chew you out at all times so makes doing business with them difficult. Done trying with them.
I had some plumbing issues and called shortly after 8am and was told they would be there late in the day around 3pm. I got a call less than 2 hours after I scheduled my service call that the service tech was on his way. (I was very surprised as it was the first coldest day we've had and I figured they were booked so I didn't expect someone to even come the same day I called.)
