We've worked with Calvin Brown a couple of times over the last two years. Both times he came out reasonably close to when he said he would be there. He is polite, neat and stays on task. He just installed a new heat pump and it's working great. Each time I had him out, I also inquired about a couple of other things. He said that if I really wanted to have it done he would be more than happy to take my money, but to be honest, you really don't need to do that.
