Placed an order for a floral arrangement 2 days before Valentines Day to be delivered to a local school. Upon seeing a photo I was a bit disappointed in how very different they were than what was pictured online. Spoke to Rip at Browns who went above and beyond to make things right and he replaced them with a gorgeous arrangement delivered the very next day. I can’t say enough about Browns Florist, Christy and Rip are great at what they do. They are so helpful when my Hubby has called them the past few years for my Valentines Day Beautiful Arrangements. I not only love them and he flowers but the vases are incredibly beautiful and everlasting. I love how they can take the ideas that my Hubby has and create a masterpiece that just makes me so happy!
