We use Brown’s for all our flowers but the most recent time was special. My Mom passed away the day after Christmas and I had to go in and order flowers for the funeral. They could not have been more helpful and caring. The flowers were beautiful and the perfect choice when I had no idea what to choose. I am forever grateful 💕.
I absolutely love Brown's Florist. The customer service is top-notch. Christy takes complete care of the needs for me personally and my office. I’ve never had to order flowers in my life, someone else has always done it. Last September became the first time I had to take the initiative and order. I learned of Brown’s Florist through the Hendersonville Chamber of Commerce and reached out to them. Rip made ordering easy as can be and got the first order delivered for me within 24 hours. Number 1 is what my Bd flowers were suppose to look like the others are what I got. This was suppose to be premium bouquet. Very rude woman. Couldn’t care less and her 100% satisfaction guarantee lol she was mad she got called on this poor arrangement. Mean hateful rude woman.
