They called with updates as I had requested and were very professional and friendly. My vehicle is currently there and I know they’re doing just as great on it. RecommendedThe door on the driver side handle was falling off, and the door on the passenger side the interior portion was separating from the exterior portion and causing problems rolling the window up-and-down. I stopped by Brown’s they looked the car over, ordered the parts that were needed, and before a week what is up they installed the necessary new parts and I was back on the road better than ever.
GREAT service from these folks. Repairs look like it is brand new and was on time! They work with Farmer's Insurance so you don't have to mess with a bunch of extra paperwork. I would highly recommend them. The only draw back was not on Brown's but Enterprise Rent A Car who attempted to give me a car that smelled like a sweaty butt. Brown's was super nice about it even though they really had nothing to do with it at all. They rock!
