I've used Brown's on two different occasions - once after a major accident and another time to do pointless repair on some door dings. Their service both times was outstanding and they did great work on my trucks. You always hope you won't need a service like Brown's, but when you do they are definitely the folks to go see.

2018 has been a rough year for my little Ford Flex, Brown's jumped in with exceptional work back in July. They kept me informed, followed through with the time line, stayed on budget and returned my car with not only beautiful body and paint but also vacuumed. A few years ago, I was sideswiped and Brown's got me back in my vehicle quickly and with good quality work. So I brought my truck there when it was hit in the rear passenger side a couple months ago. The rear end needed to be replaced and the parts supplier sent the wrong part (first wrong gear ratio and second wrong lug pattern). Brown’s customer service is outstanding! Our family was recently in a wreck that really scared my children.
