RecommendedBig shout out to Mark and the team at Brown’s Collision Center. Alex had a minor accident involving the left front side, including the wheel and steering components. Mark made sure that quality (in this case, original VW) parts were used, and now he’s back on the road. They kept me in the loop of the progress the whole way through, and it came back cleaner (even on the inside) than it was. Definitely recommend these guys if you need them!

Excellent work and got my Jeep back 4 days earlier than the date they originally quoted. Had a terrible experience with these guys over a simple tailgate. Someone there told me to save a little money and buy an aftermarket tailgate from company in Springdale as long as CAPA certified, I should be good. They didn’t test the fit before painting it. It didn’t fit. Company in Springdale willing to replace but won’t pay for repainting. Browns won’t either. Said they didn’t quote me “fitting” before painting. Plus the paint job was awful. Terrible experience all the way around.
RecommendedI am extremely pleased with Brown's Collision they did an outstanding job on two of the vehicles that I brought to him they go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is perfect when you get it back I would recommend them to anyone if you don't use them it is your mistake
