Fabulous I picked up my car Friday and it looks fabulous!! During the whole process, they kept me informed about everything going on with my car When I went to pick it up, there was a sensor light that kept coming on. Although they are supposed to close at 5:00, they stayed until 6:30 to find out what the problem was and to fix it. Although being forced to get your car fixed after someone has plowed into it is a traumatic experience, these people made it as pleasant as possible. Sounds good First off, I'm a stickler for good customer service. I mean, it's a serious pet peeve of mine. Brown's Garage not only met my expectations they exceeded them by leaps and bounds! A while back my car was rear ended in a car accident. A coworker recommended I take my car to Brown's. I had the car repaired however when I got it back one of the repairs hadn't been done.
