I love Mr. Au and Mrs. Jan, they are always friendly and very helpful with any question I have.
Brownie & Jan have been super to deal with. I've been a client of his since moving back to Chattanooga in 1999. They are knowledgeable and helpful and do not pester you with trying to upsell things you may not need.
This gentleman laughed at me, during my needs, now he sends me a check and a bill, and I wouldn' deal with him, if it's my last resort, I have not filled out my report to the TN Insurance Commissioner, after I contact the CEO at State Farm.
