When you take your vehicle in there to get them to run a diagnostic to see what’s wrong with it, they should call the customer and let them know what’s wrong and how much it will cost to fix but they don’t they fix it then call you and tell you it’s ready and going to cost...and then says oh the warranty didn’t cover it. That is not what we asked them to do
I am the owner of a 2014 GMC Sierra with 61K Miles. I have recently had some issues with water entering the cab of my truck via the antenna located on the top of the cab, causing consequential damage to the headliner, electrical instruments on the left side of the steering wheel, and the carpet on the driver side. I was looking at other models when I came to Brown and Wood. MJ showed me the Mazda CX-5 and it was what I was looking for. He explained the vehicle to me in its entirety and CT made the numbers work. I would recommend and buy here again.
Great car-buying experience! The sales people were not pushy and they listened to what kind of car and price range I was looking for. (A salesman at a dealership I'd gone to first started by trying to sell me a new car after I told him what I wanted.) Everyone was very friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. I'll be buying future cars from Brown & Wood.
