I try to avoid negative FB reviews but I am absolutely shocked at the way I was just treated by not one, but two Brown & Wood employees over the phone. I called to ask if they negotiate prices on used vehicles (because I found a comparable vehicle in the next town over for $4,000 less) and they were very rude and disrespectful. Will take my business elsewhere and encourage everyone I know to do the same.

I'm very disappointed. I understand the service department is a business and businesses intend to make money. I get it. Went in for a routine oil change on my Mazda and it was discovered that my bulbs over my license plate were blown. I was quoted $40 to replace. I politely declined. I was warned that I may be stopped and possibly ticketed by police. Again, I get it. I decline and say I'll check back later. I believe in doing my research before any repairs, major or minor.
