I love the staff they were very friendly and nice treated me and margarita very nice
Normally very pleased with this office but not this time. Let me leave the office after abbys eye surgery without a cone collar or ointment to keep her from scratching the stitches even after I asked them, Had to go back in a few days to have it restitched. Not happy. And wouldn't give me longer to pay with CareCredit . Said that was their policy only 6 months. That's not what it said when I signed up for it. Every one was really friendly but that doesn't help when your on a tight budget. Should review that policy.
I had called here and was told that they gave pills for ALL animals to treat for fleas. Paid $344 to switch vets and had all 6 animals seen. I got home and realized they had given me ointment. That DOES NOT work. I paid all this money and switch vets ONLY because I was told they would prescribe them pills. The vet tech argued with me and said she did not tell me that. I would not have switched vets for some ointment if I wasn't told about it. She was rude when I called and needs to improve customer service skills!!! I don't ... read more
Wouldn't take our kids to anyone else! <3 Very friendly staff and patient with us fur mommy's that sometimes are a bit paranoid. :-)
They are the most thoughtful and caring staff and doctors I have ever had. They made it easier for Princey to cross the rainbow bridge and I got to be with him as he made his way. Thanks again
The staff at Brown veterinary hospital always treat my animals like they are one of their own. They do such an excellent job. I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else.
