Care during normal business hours is great, it's the after hours emergency where they fall short. Twice now, my sister in law had emergencies with her cats and it takes an hour or more to get a call back, if at all.
I took Stella in for her usual nail trimming and hair trimming around the eyes today. The gal did an excellent job! Sorry, I didn't catch her name.
We started with Dr. Brown years ago, prior to having her own practice. She treated our "gal" from puppyhood to end of life. She and her whole staff are amazing, and continue to provide excellent care of our boys. Dr. Whitney and Dr. Ed are awesome as well!
Beth Brown has always been wonderful she's taken care of my rose over the yrs so when it came time to put her to sleep I thought it only be right that she do it she's not only great with animals but also great with ppl.
