I took my baby in to be put to sleep and all the staff was wonderful and very sympathetic. It was so very hard but they took my baby and put her at ease. Thank you all so much! I am heartbroken but you made me and snowflake comfortable. I know that probably doesn't sound right but I am still pretty devistated. But you all were awesome. Thank you so very much. �

My Aidan, who is a Mini Schnauzer, always gets top notch treatment by Dr Brown, her team & staff! Everyone is always so friendly & helpful! I would highly recommend Brown Vetinary!!
We recently had to put our precious German Shepard Karma down. The dignity, compassion, and love that was shown not only to Karma but to me was and is beyond words. I will NEVER EVER take my furbabies to anyone else but Brown Vet. You guys are amazing, the best care givers you can ask for.
Very upset right now. Had heard a lot of good things about your practice. Left our puppy with a sitter that we trusted, and as puppies do at times, he jumped out of her hands on to the floor. She called us right away and told us what happened. She took him to Dr. Brown for an exam. She diagnosed him with bruised ed lungs told her to keep him calm for 3 or 4 days. He should be fine. Later (after hours his condition worsened). Sitter could not get ahold of anyone at after hours phone number. Our poor little puppy passed away. ... read more
Staff is wonderful and caring...Dr Brown took time to explain to our son exactly what she needed to do to his dog which is so helpful as our son has mild autism. Our dog loves the attention he gets while there!
Great people, great service!! The compassion is there, and they can answer any question. With an epi-baby and a brand new member of the family, we have LOTS of questions. Karma and Charlotte give Brown's, "Four Paws Up"!
The only thing that disgust me, is when you get in there, and you explain that you haven't got a lot of money. That you will make payments, you get that look. Well, they claim if they have to bill people, they would go broke. I don't see that at all. I have a pet that right now is so sick, doubt she will make it much longer. I know it is useless to call Brown's or any other vet clinic in Terre Haute. That is why so many animals die, because of the greed..
A few years ago Dr. Brown care of our 2 new but unhealthy baby kittens. We were with her love and genuine compassion for animals...that we KNEW she for us!! Her passion for animals sure shows through. DR. BROWN ....WE LOVE YOU!!
