I have been to this lab twice now as a new resident of Rhode Island, previously used Quest in Florida. I thought Quest was quite good, however, I’ve been very happy with the change to Lifespan. This particular lab in Pawtucket is awesome! Marion and Rhonda are professional, efficient and very friendly. Due to my medical condition I need labs on a frequent basis with results going up to Mass General and this lab has been incredibly accommodating, even calling me at home to ensure the right results went to the right doctor.
