Brown Tree Service will not replace trees that they planted and that die. They planted a *********** at our home in ********** late last November at a cost of $100. The tree did not survive the winter. Despite repeated phone calls, emails and messages, they never respond. Finally gave up and replaced it myself. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Brown Tree Service is very professional from beginning to end. They have worked at my house several times and did a great job and clean up immaculately. I refer them to everyone. In additions, they are priced well.

They don't replace plants that died, and will not return messages that you leave with the office. They plant wrong bushes that you ordered. Would not do business with them again"

Not willing to replace dead trees bought from them. Called and spoke to the owner’s wife who insisted she wasn’t married even though she was calling me back after leaving a message with the company.

Excellent company to work with. Employees are courteous, professional and easy to work with and answer questions. They did a great job of cleaning up and made sure we were happy with the work. They trimmed all our trees, removed two trees and planted two new trees.
