I recently used Brown Tree Service for the second time. I appreciate that the owner *** *****comes out to do the estimate and make recommendations. They provide a detailed written quote, which some other companies don't provide. The crew arrived ahead of time, and the ******* spent time with me to ensure that the work to be performed was confirmed. They took my call and responded promptly. Actual work of tree removal was performed as scheduled, including cutting the tree one day and grinding the ***** the other day. The owner promised to take care of the landscaping light that was damaged during ***** grinding, and I think that is a bonus to the overall service.

We needed a tree removed, new tree planted and advice on what to plant for some privacy in the yard. We called a few tree services and Brown called us back the same day and even showed up the same day for the initial consultation! Two of the other companies we called haven't ever called back. We got advice on what to plant in the back yard and what would be a nice tree to replace the one we were taking down. The old tree was removed pretty promptly and communication was great. Brown Tree Service just removed 3 large trees that had a disease and planted 2 new trees. The new trees look healthy and great. The job was done quickly and the crew cleaned up the site nicely. I plan to use then again in the future and recommend their service to my friends and neighbors.

I've used Brown Tree Service for all of my tree removal projects over the years. They are professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The men they sent out to take down some trees in my backyard, removed the stumps, and plant one new tree were fabulous! They even helped me keep some small stones collected in one place so I could store them for future use. These men were wonderful to have doing this necessary job. They cleaned up any dirt/debris that was created. I highly recommend Brown Tree Service.

I have had Brown Tree Service out twice this year to remove three large pine trees and a ***** from my property, and plant one tree. The crew is amazing! Fast, tidy, confident, professional, excellent communicators.... the list goes on and on. I recently hired Brown Tree Service to prune 7 trees in my yards Mr. ********************** came to my house promptly and provided a free estimate for the job. He seemed very knowledgeable. Once I accepted the proposal, the crew came to complete the work the very next week. The crew was very professional and completed the work rapidly. The clean-up was immaculate.
