It's almost impossible to get an appointment with their colorectal surgeons, even as an existing patient. Twice, THEY have canceled on me, then left it up to me to reschedule, requiring me to start the whole process all over again from scratch, getting a new PCP and insurance referral. It's VERY frustrating.
Dr Klipfel is the best. Professional, knowledgeable and kind.
I saw Dr. Migliori for a simple surgical procedure that because of the location, needed to be done in the O.R with general anesthesia. I met him twice in the office before the procedure and he was very easy going and reassuring. Since this was my first time being “knocked out”, I was a bit nervous. He took the time to answer all my questions, even the silly ones, with genuine kindness and help put my mind at ease about what would happen the day of my surgery.
