Fantastic work, and as painless as I think possible! I had some serious lower jaw broken teeth, and I was a bit nervous. Dr. Brown and his entire team made me feel at ease from moment I walked in, and I really liked how he took the time to explain what was happening. And then the meds kicked in and next thing I knew, I was awake, all was done! I was taking an Uber home, so they let me come back to myself more than normal walking time, making sure I was safe before leaving. Highly recommend!
I was referred here by my dentist for wisdom teeth extraction. I had an appointment at 2 pm in the afternoon. Within 15 minutes they did my paperwork and charged my card for my copay. Now I have been waiting for 3 hours to see the doctor!!! Very poor time management. Can't imagine I have wasted 3 hrs of my day sitting here waiting! If I had notade the payment already I would have left.
Unfair and dishonest billing. As a network provider, the estimate they gave for the service was $750, after they reviewed my policy and entitlements. Though this was an "estimate," it was done after a review of my policy and assurances that things would be covered. I mistakenly believed they were honest and had a shred of integrity...WRONG. I believe that they should have known and advised that this was going to be charged later. I would have then had the correct price and been an INFORMED
Great Doctor and Staff I had an extraction about a month ago. Dr Brown is an excellent doctor with a very informative manner. I have to say it's costly, but worth every dollar. I never knew anything until it was completely finished. His staff was the most caring and professional office I've been too in a long time.
Previous comments about office staff and billing are 100% true. On my visit, I was told there was nothing needed, just come. When asked about price, I was told b/w $400-600 after insurance. Got there waited an hour, got x-rays, which was not need since I had them done 6 mths ago. Price was $770 w/o x-ray fee. I told them that they were not being trustworthy and I was leaving, Personal became offensive and rude. Called next day to speak w/office manager, was told there wasn't one.
This is one of the best experiences I have ever had at the doctor's office Dr. Brown explains everything and makes you feel at ease. He is quick to answer your questions and really knows his stuff. He had a really nice manner about him. I had all four wisdom teeth out and I did not swell and I did not hurt. I was worried I would miss my swim meet because of my emergency surgery. The attention and care and professionalism displayed by the staff was first rate. Very knowledgeable of insurance and benefits. I was able to use my medical insurance for my surgery. Just a specialist copay of $35. Dr. Brown was excellent, he explained everything prior to surgery. SAME DAY SURGERY A PLUS. Just missed one day of work. Dr. Brown is BEYOND EXCELLENT!! He took wonderful care of my daughter. It was very easy to get an appointment and the office staff were attentive. After her consultation we were able to schedule immediately. (Way faster than others we consulted)The day of surgery all of the staff took excellent care of my daughter. JUST EXCEPTIONAL CARE. After the surgery my daughter even told the team that she wished she had more teeth for them to remove! MUST COMMEND THIS OFFICE FOR THEIR COMPASSION & CONCERN!
Dr. Stephen is an AWESOME oral surgeon. I've always LOVED going to the dentist, I love my smile/teeth. However, I've never had an extraction. I was VERY nervous about getting ALL 4 wisdom teeth removed. Until, I was in the chair and he spoke with me in detail about the procedure and what to expect. All went well and I feel great. Not to mention he called me directly and asked me how I was doing and feeling that same evening. That sincere concern is not common anymore. I recommend him 100%
