Dr. Brown caused permanent damage to my jaw when removing an abscessed tooth which has caused severe pain and the need for expensive treatment. It will be a lifelong problem that should never happened. Be careful that he does not force you to be sedated to be treated.
Dr. Brown is a pleasant doctor who cares about your condition/pain. He explains clearly and answers questions/concerns you have. He called me that night to check on me. His staff is great, very friendly. I called on a Monday and got in the very next day. He is differently a 5 star!!!
DONT GO HERE. Office staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. Staff wont allow both parents into the consult and made them wait outside in their car.
He makes you feel like you on cloud nine when he speaks to you about every procedure he does. If you are nervous, don’t be, because when he finish speaking , your nerves left the building. Such a great professional.
The office staff is rude and pulled my credit without asking me. I was referred to Dr. Brown's office by my dentist because I needed a molar extracted. My dentists office called and let them know that I was a longtime cash/no insurance patient and that I had a dental emergency because my root was exposed in my tooth. Terrible experience. The office staff is awfully rude. This dental office will rip you off of your money. I paid $650 to have a tooth extracted because the office claimed it was a glinch in the system. They said I would be reimbursed 5 months later I haven’t. I’ve called several times to inquire and only get a rude receptionist. My insurance covered 100%. Basically this office was paid twice. Stay away from this dental office. This is a warning.
Removal of 4 wisdom teeth in my son costs $4000!
Fantastic work, and as painless as I think possible! I had some serious lower jaw broken teeth, and I was a bit nervous. Dr. Brown and his entire team made me feel at ease from moment I walked in, and I really liked how he took the time to explain what was happening. And then the meds kicked in and next thing I knew, I was awake, all was done! I was taking an Uber home, so they let me come back to myself more than normal walking time, making sure I was safe before leaving. Highly recommend!
I was referred here by my dentist for wisdom teeth extraction. I had an appointment at 2 pm in the afternoon. Within 15 minutes they did my paperwork and charged my card for my copay. Now I have been waiting for 3 hours to see the doctor!!! Very poor time management. Can't imagine I have wasted 3 hrs of my day sitting here waiting! If I had notade the payment already I would have left.
