She is an amazing! She is extremely open minded and knowledgeable. She is very aware of the dental controversy and provides different options for the patients.
Last week a crown fell out while I was out of town. It had been placed many years ago by another dentist. I was able to call Dr. Brown and she advised me on the best way to handle the situation until I returned home. It was really comforting to have her professional advice.
As usual, the warmth, helpfulness and good humor of everyone concerned, helped make the two hours in the chair go by with much more ease than might be expected.
Dr. Brown is a sweet person and a unique dentist. I have never had a more honest and caring perfectionist work on my teeth. Her work is fabulous, natural, and simply perfect!!! Thank you Dr. Brown!
The follow up phone call is always a plus. Makes you stop and think if everything did go as you wanted, and also makes you feel that your doctor cares about your outcome.
