Thanks to Gabriel and Justin for the outstanding job they did on my air conditioning system. Their excellent teamwork enabled them to complete the work properly and efficiently. I will continue my service contract with the Brown service company because of the good experience I had with these technicians. I would also like to recognize Linda who answers the phone. She is always friendly, courteous and helpful. These are good people! Thank you.

I called several companies over the Christmas holiday, and they either couldn't get to me because they were closed, or were charging outrageous emergency fees!! Brown Service called me when I left a message, even though they were closed. And had a tech come out on Sunday to diagnose my problem. By Tuesday they were back with the part they had to order and were able to install. I'm highly satisfied with the outstanding customer service Brown Service has to offer!

Brown service company has always been a reliable and professional business to work with. Any time I call the lady in the front office is quick to take my information and the technicians are always very knowledgeable about their work and informative to any questions I have. If you are looking for a reliable HVAC company I would highly recommend Brown Service Company!!
We have purchased parts for our AC and heater from Brown Service for years. Shane is very knowledgeable and always willing to help me diagnose the problem. I've called them out a couple of times to fix problems that were too big for me to handle. They were prompt, efficient and honest.

We've used Brown Service for all of our heating and cooling needs, they also did the wiring to help us put in our hot tub. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any one.
I have been a loyal costumer of Brown Service Company since 2007. Every summer and fall I have Brown Service Company perform a service to keep the heat pump unit in excellent working condition. Texas heat can go to extremes so it's good to know you can have a unit you can rely on. Thank you Brown Service Company!

They installed my complete hvac system in a most professional manner. They have been taking care of the system for 8 years and I have had no problems.They are timely and professional. My electric bill was cut in half as they said it would. I am total electric.so I am saving enough to pay for the system. I STRONGLY recommend them. Don Shaw
