We got a new AC/heater from Brown today--our 3rd or 4th from them. We've lived in our house since 1972 and have used Brown Service Company exclusively. I've used Brown for more than ten years. I'm comfortable that my units are in tip top condition as I have watched the complete procedures used by the technician. Always on time and uses a pre-call. Never have to clean up after them. Vern Salzman

Thanks to Gabriel for coming out to my house at 4:00 p.m. on a hot, hot afternoon after I returned to my home and found the temperature climbing. He fixed the problem in short order and made some very helpful recommendations for maintaining my system. Brown has been a trusted friend since my family got its first central AC system over 50 years ago. I wouldn't trust any other company to care for my heating, AC, and electrical needs.
