Dr Brown did not even so much as introduce herself or say hello to me. She was in a rush to get in and out and before us I heard her tell one of the nurses they needed to get patients in and out faster. She obviously cares less about health than money. I do not recommend her as a physician at all.
Absolutely the worse physician I have ever seen, not ophthalmologist, PHYSICIAN! I wouldn't even give her a 1 star rating. She has terrible bed side manner, just plain rude. She wouldn't even answer any of my questions, she was vague and the entire appointment was completely pointless and a waste of time and money. My 9 year old daughter was new to her practice and we saw her once. The appointment took over two hours. We had to switch to THREE different rooms. I believe the nurses even forgot about us. My experience with Dr. Brown was excellent. I found her to be very welcoming, direct and professional. My case was complex and I wanted to maximize the outcome of the appointment so I wrote a one page outline of what had happened and why I was seeing her. When she walked into the exam room, she was fully up-to-speed and proceeded with the exam . I felt that I was treated respectfully, my concerns were fully addressed and questions were answered completely and compassionately.
She is an amazing Dr that is not big on small talk! She is blunt and to the point which I personally prefer. She is very good and passionate at what she does and we value her thoughts and opinions. If it wasn’t for her our son could have lost his eye site. She truly cares a great deal about her patients!!
Horrible horrible bedside manners, I cannot trust someone with my health when she acts like she hates everyone.
One of the rudest and most unrealistic doctors I have ever been to
I don't recommend this doctor. Seems to get rude if you ask any questions. Horrible attitude. I recommend choosing a different doctor.
Very rude and condescending. Other doctors there are nice. I recommend anyone else at the clinic but not Sandra Brown.
THIS IS A PEDIATRICIAN EYE DOCTOR. I CHOSE THIS DOCTOR BECAUSE SHE SPECIALIZES IN CHILDREN. SHE IS THE RUDEST INTIMATED DOCTOR I'VE EVER MET. MY DAUGHTER AND MYSELF FELT THAT THE DOCTOR WAS TRYING TO CATCH US IN A LIE ABOUT WEARING THE GLASSES. SHE INTERROGATED US LIKE WE WERE CRIMINALS. SHE TALKED DOWN TO BOTH OF US. SHE MAY BE A GOOD DOCTOR BUT SEEING PATIENTS ESPECIALLY CHILDREN SHE HAS NO GOOD BED SIDE MANNERS. SHE NOT ONCE SMILED AT US. SHE NEEDS TO BE A DOCTOR IN THE MILITARY. BECAUSE SHE
