Dr. Brown took the time to meet and explain everything in detail. Very pleased with our appt. and she had great bedside manner.
Dr. Sandra Brown ... is a doctor i never expected my now 7 year old ( back then 5 month old) would ever have to see . YES, she is a bit cold , yes she can come off as rude .. but there is NO BETTER OPTOMOLOGIST when it comes to the medical issue . She doesn't waste time with pleasantries .. she gets straight to the point .. so if you are sensitive and want people to BS you , she isn't the doctor for you .. but if you want to get the medical issue fixed or diagnosed CORRECTLY ? she is the upmost knowledgeable person for the j... read more
I am surprised by the critical comments of Dr. Brown. We found her to be knowledgeable, thorough and she inspired confidence in us that my 6 year old son's astigmatism was well taken care of with her recommendations. She was never rude or short with us at all. I recommend her very highly.
Doctor Brown was very rude!! She speaks about patients where they can hear with her staff! Shows no empathy for others!!! Shouldn’t be allowed to have a medical license!!! Stay away!!!!
Dr. Brown is kind and professional. She consistently listens to my questions and concerns and works to make sure my glasses prescription works well for my special needs. She is direct and rspectful in her communication. I would highly recommend Dr. Brown.
Dr. Brown gives a very thorough examination. She has many patients and asks questions in a businesslike tone (certainly not in a rude tone). Children feel very comfortable with her because she is compassionate and patient with them. I would definitely recommend Dr. Brown.
I had heard that Dr. Brown was the best in the state and I had a friend drive me over 2 hours each way for the appointment. We left my house at noon and did not get home until 930pm-but it was WELL worth the drive! She did a 90-minute evaluation and despite some of the reviews I’d read about her bedside manner, I found her to be incredibly empathetic and encouraging. Her “businesslike” side just proved to me that she was trying to do the best job possible. I also found all 4 members her staff to be incredibly engaging and en... read more
In my opinion "Dr" Brown is the worst ophthalmologist I have EVER seen. She is RUDE, she is OBNOXIOUS and she thinks she's the smartest person to have ever lived. Who cares what I the patient wants or needs, right? It's all about pulling as much money out of every appointment. How is she in practice if she is so vile? I will NEVER see her again!
Horrible, definitely do not recommend for pediatric patients! No bedside manner, felt like a number waiting for her to cash in on like she couldn’t wait to get us out of there, she was rude. No Personality what so ever and made us feel like a bother to her day.. never again!
