Very rude and condescending. Other doctors there are nice. I recommend anyone else at the clinic but not Sandra Brown.

THIS IS A PEDIATRICIAN EYE DOCTOR. I CHOSE THIS DOCTOR BECAUSE SHE SPECIALIZES IN CHILDREN. SHE IS THE RUDEST INTIMATED DOCTOR I'VE EVER MET. MY DAUGHTER AND MYSELF FELT THAT THE DOCTOR WAS TRYING TO CATCH US IN A LIE ABOUT WEARING THE GLASSES. SHE INTERROGATED US LIKE WE WERE CRIMINALS. SHE TALKED DOWN TO BOTH OF US. SHE MAY BE A GOOD DOCTOR BUT SEEING PATIENTS ESPECIALLY CHILDREN SHE HAS NO GOOD BED SIDE MANNERS. SHE NOT ONCE SMILED AT US. SHE NEEDS TO BE A DOCTOR IN THE MILITARY. BECAUSE SHE

Very rude to both employees and patients.. not very informative, makes me feel like I'm rushed and just a number to her... never ever again...

We drove all the way from Virginia to receive care from Dr. Brown. She took excellent care of my six month old son, who had strabismus and needed surgery. She examined him thoroughly and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, to answer all of our questions, and to make sure we knew what to expect with the surgery and recovery. We were delighted with the outcome of the surgery! Dr. Brown is wonderful and we look forward to having her as our doctor for years to come!
