I am in one of his rentals and how it ever passed inspection is beyond me there is so much that needs done. Been waiting on a tub replacement for almost 2 months and it's still draining under the trailer where a colony of stray cats have been living since I moved in last December. I have a severe cat allergy and he refuses to replace the underpinning to keep them out.
