*** is hands down the most thorough, reliable, knowledgeable and kindest Public Adjuster we have worked with. Our home flooded while we were away and thanks to a neighbor who noticed water pouring out of our house, alerted us and immediately we searched for an public adjuster. Brown-******* came up as highly recommended and we contacted them. It was clear from the start that your insurance company was having difficulty finding staff to address your claim. Once they did, the assigned representatives seemed to take very little interest in assessing the damages. Once they did, they cut corners, measured wrong, left mountains of elements off of their estimate, and seemed to think that your damages were minimal and "simple" as one of them put it. My wife and I absolutely and without a doubt could not have done what ******************* did in representing us throughout our insurance claim. I had never considered using a private adjuster until my very good friend and neighbor suggested that I look into it. Your claim was challenging in that the insurance company had seemingly colluded to develop a path to denial of your claim, and their representatives went so far as to say so. I will never go through a claim process without at least contacting Brown ******* to give me the advice on claim management. I don't know the insurance business and it can be daunting understanding the claims process and *** and his company were there to handle absolutely everything and ensure my claim was managed with expediency and my property restored per my policy. Highly recommend!!!

We had a flood issue at our home, thought all we needed to do was call the insurance company and we would be taken care of....Wrong! We trusted the insurance company to do the right thing. After months of correspondence, paying for material and labor out of our pocket. Our goal was just to get our home and lives back intact. If ever you have a fire, this company is the one to call. They took the headache away and gave me peace of mind and heart. They handled everything! They were prompt and thorough with all paperwork and phone calls that the insurance and mortgage company requested. They are very efficient and reliable.

I had a house fire over 2 years ago. The fire occurred on a Friday evening I reported it to my insurance company immediately, and was offered no advice on what to do. Several days went by with very little input from the insurance company. (They mentioned nothing about temporary housing ). It wasnt until after I signed up with Brown Ohaver on Thursday of the following week that an adjuster from my insurance company contacted me.
