I’m so thankful for the team at Brown Motor Works. I took my Audi A6 to them this morning and everything was done by close of business. Not to mention that they washed my baby. I’ve had my car repaired at Audi of Columbia multiple times, and not once have they washed my car. I was blown away by the exceptional service and knowledge my husband and I were provided today. �� from us.
Took my GLE350 in for service A and they took care of my vehicle with such professionalism. The customer service in the shop is amazing. Thank you guys!
They've always treated me right and taken good care of my Volvo. Their shuttle service really saves the day. Last but not least... they are THE place to go rather than the dealership !
I won't come here again. My husband asked them to check the window. They did the window and oil change. Also charge us $102.86 for the oil change. That is ridiculous. I will NEVER NEVER come back again.
This place is worth seeking out. Honest, friendly, fair prices, and extremely knowledgable. I took my Mercedes to a few reputable places closer to home and was told I would need to take it to a dealership for the repairs. Called Brown Motor Works and was told it was no problem.
