Since Joy Fels sold this to Leslie Brown, its gone straight down hill. I had to put one of my shih tzu's down and was so beside my self, let them handle the cremation part. After uve heard such horrible stories from there, I had Isabellas ashes tested against her hair... the ashes not only aren't Izzys, they aren't even dog. So glad she is closed permanently!
