I still dread going to the dentist,but all the people in Dr.Brown's office make it a much more pleasant necessary evil. All are very kind and try very hard to make you as comfortable as possible.
First, I'd like to thank Dr. Billy Brown and his fantastic team for being an effective and compassionate dental service. I am very satisfied with my first time visit. 5 out of 5 stars is what I assert for the entire process from scheduling and after my visit, in which the office followed up, and also asked me to take this survey. Hopefully, if you are thinking about having dental work done, then you can consider going with Dr. Billy Brown and his great staff.

I've been a patient of Dr. Billy Brown for 30+ years. He & his team have always taken such good care of me & I have never had an unpleasant experience. Joanne is my dental hygienist & I always look forward to my 6 month cleaning & checkup. She is simply the BEST!
I've never disappointed with the level of care I receive from Dr. Brown and JoAnn as well as the most efficient office staff. Keep doing what you're doing!

My dentist and his staff are the best ever! At my recent visit, I had to let them know that my insurance company would be changing because of a new employer and they were not listed as approved on my network and insurance as a provider. Dr. Brown himself took the time to assist me and see what could be done to be able to keep me as a customer. What other dentist would do that for you??? I would always recommend Dr. Brown and his staff!! Friendly, Courteous, Caring and going that extra mile!!!
Excellent. Joann is always so pleasant, thorough, and makes the experience of teeth cleaning positive. I visit every 4 months and look forward to the visit. The staff in at the front desk are also very courteous and professional. I appreciate the reminders of the visit, now via text and email, thank you very much!
