I have been using Dr Browns office for the past 4 years. All the staff is very professional. I am very pleased with the service may family has received. We have experienced very little wait time on our appointments which is rare in Dr offices.
Friendly, professional service. I had to change my appointment date and time, the staff worked to find a new time for me. JoAnn was prompt, courteous and professional. She was also very personable and made the teeth cleaning experience enjoyable. The entire staff at the office provides excellent service. Dr. Brown is always friendly and make me feel comfortable.
My experience with Dr. Brown over the years has been nothing less than perfect. His staff and their concern for my health and dental issues have always provided highest quality care and warm reception for me and my family. My family and I have been going to Dr. Brown for nearly 15 years. We made a switch from another popular dentist in town after some members of my family were in need of additional dentistry work after having poor experiences with the first dentist. While I have had no major work done, everyone I know who has says Dr. Brown is gentle and does quality, long lasting work.
