My husband, myself, and my son have all been going to Dr. Brown for about 5 years. We couldn't be more pleased with him, his hygienist, Angie, and his entire office staff. They are all knowledgable and professional in their practice and patient care and accommodating and respectful in their customer service. We actually drive from Lakeland to Bartow to see them. The experience is more than worth the longer drive, and we will certainly never go anywhere else!
I was dreading getting a tooth pulled yesterday but it went smoothly, pretty fast and rather painless!! Today I am doing well with no problems!! Thanks!!

My procedure was done meticulously. The new crown fit without any discomfort and feels very natural in my mouth. The operatory was comfortable and organized. The dental assistant was very caring about my comfort. Dr Brown is an exceptional doctor that gets exceptional results from my visits. The only dental office to be a patient of if your expectations are high.
Dr. Billy Brown's staff from the customer service people at the front to the hygienists and dental assistants in the back are all extremely professional and very friendly, which puts you at ease during your visit. Dr. Billy explains what he's doing, and makes sure you're comfortable throughout your dental procedure.
