Purchased a Tropitone Amici table 8 months ago from a local nursery with 3 tables arriving damaged. No quality control on the product leaving the plant. The store had the Tropitone sales rep call me about ordering the 4th table but found he was useless and didn't take the situation seriously. He never got back to me as promised so I got my refund from the store and am moving on. Stay away from Tropitone products.
Beautiful outdoor furniture.
Terrible quality and service. We purchased balcony furniture from this company 2 years ago and it is already peeling. The company refuses to honor their 15-year warranty becuase they claim our furniture has been subject to impact, which is absolutely has not. We sent photos and videos, and even suggested that they come out to take a look. They refused and persisted in their fautly assessment, and effectively called us liars.
