He explained what he was doing every step of the way and made some recommendations on electrical work - which we are going to have done. Mike and his associate were extremely friendly and professional taking care of our unit and answering any questions I had. They were also on time, which is a huge plus.
Very thorough and professional. David R. was super polite as usual. He explained everything before he started working and explained his findings afterwards. Like all the other technicians in his field, he tried to sell his company?s long term service, but he wasn?t pushy about it. I will definitely put Elite Comfort at the top of the list when I?m ready to replace my unit.
We had our annual winter maintenance check up on 11/12/2020 with technician Sean S. He arrived on time and checked everything out and even made some adjustments to the air flow that we thought needed to be done. He found a wire that had came loose on our UV light and fixed that also. I would recommend him to anyone.

Archery provides very good customer service from the time of booking the appointment through to when the service is completed.
Derion was very polite and thorough. He explained everything he'd done and was obviously a very knowledgeable technician. We couldn't ask for better service.
Jaime was the service technician that called on us. He was not intimidate or pressure us in to any repair. He presented us with several options to replace our broken system and explained each fully and easily understood. He was professional in his demeanor and presentation. I would recommend Jaime to my friends and relatives without reservation.
