A great find! After trying at least a dozen hair salons in the area, I finally found one to stick with at Brown & Deline. First class hair stylists, pleasant decor, very friendly staff... and most importantly I got a great haircut without paying an arm and a leg. PROS: Not expensive, great service, first-class hair cut CONS: None!
ROCKSTAR QUALITY HAIR I went there to get my hair corrected from a botch job at another salon and Jackie G. fixed my hair perfectly and the cut she gave me was just right and what I have always wanted. Super friendly staff and I can't say enough. I just can't believe they were able to fix my messed up color job. Becky Blaha keeps my hair fabulous! I have been going to Brown and Deline for about 6 years, and Becky Blaha has been keeping my hair fabulous! This is the best salon I have ever been to, they really make their customers feel special and I have always only heard great things about them from other customers. d I went to Brown and Deline for several years. I saw many stylist whilel I was a customer. I went to Kristie W for years. After 6 months of bad hair cuts, she said if I was not happy with her I could go to another stylist. So I did and Lynette was able to fix the disaster of Kristi. And now Lynette is the only one who works on my hair

unhygienic ripoff, poor customer service Not only do salon stylist have the tendency to use the same combs on everyone (there were still hairs in the comb the stylist was trying to use on me), but when I was unhappy with the color, I was told I could return within 7 days to get it fixed. Well, it turns out that I was charged an additional $70, which they did not tell me upfront, and I was left with a surprise bill. Less than Average I have had both my nails and hair done here a few times, and every time I leave there I feel slightly unsatisfied. The place is clean, the people are nice enough, but nothing is really special including how I they made me feel. My nails seemed nice, but not much better than I could have done myself. I often felt as if I was just one in a million customers passing through.
What a joke I am appalled at all the rave reviews... I once was a long time customer and made my way around most of the stylists because I was sure they were not all the same. How disappointed I was to find out otherwise.
