What a joke I am appalled at all the rave reviews... I once was a long time customer and made my way around most of the stylists because I was sure they were not all the same. How disappointed I was to find out otherwise. While many of the employees seemed nice enough, the stylists were in fact rude, stuck up and impolite. Excellent experience at Brown and Deline I recently tried a new Salon in Ann Arbor off Jackson Rd. I was very satisfied with my experience there. Kelli Uphaus cut my hair and I LOVED it! The Salon is very nicely kept, plenty of business in and out. Front desk was extremely pleasant to deal with. Their prices are very affordable!

Obsiously the person below has no idea what they are talking about... I have been a long time client of Brown & Deline. I have not once had an unpleasant experience. The staff is well put together and meets all of my spa needs! Since the merge of the two salons it seems so upbeat and a great atmosphere...I recommend this salon to everyone I meet!
The best in town! I've been going to Brown and Deline for a few years now and I have so many amazing things to say, I don't know where to begin! My hair is always AMAZING no matter who I see, the esthiticians are beyond professional, and the Nail Techs do a beautiful job on my nails. Lynette is a top notch hair designer! Whether your looking for a new style or just need a cut and color, Lynette is your girl! My regular hair designer forgot my appointment several years ago so I walked into a local salon in my home town, hoping to get a cut. BEST SALON IN THE COUNTY! I dont even know where to begin with my many positive experiences at this establishment! I have had my hair done for years and I recently started receiving the gel manicures. I always feel at home and am welcomed with a smile when I walk in the door! I love being refered to by name and not just "another client"!!!! I would have to say this is the BEST SALON in the city of Ann Arbor if not the best in the state!!!! Try it for yourself!
d I went to Brown and Deline for several years. I saw many stylist whilel I was a customer. I went to Kristie W for years. After 6 months of bad hair cuts, she said if I was not happy with her I could go to another stylist. So I did and Lynette was able to fix the disaster of Kristi. And now Lynette is the only one who works on my hair
