Excellent experience at Brown and Deline I recently tried a new Salon in Ann Arbor off Jackson Rd. I was very satisfied with my experience there. Kelli Uphaus cut my hair and I LOVED it! The Salon is very nicely kept, plenty of business in and out. Front desk was extremely pleasant to deal with. Their prices are very affordable!

Carly is fantastic I have been going to Brown and Deline on and off for about 10 years. When I lived in Pittsifeld and A2, I was a client of the Ypsi salon. Now that I live in Western Washtenaw co and work in A2, the Jackson rd salon is convenient. I have been to many stylist and think they all do a fantastic job. The best in town! I've been going to Brown and Deline for a few years now and I have so many amazing things to say, I don't know where to begin! My hair is always AMAZING no matter who I see, the esthiticians are beyond professional, and the Nail Techs do a beautiful job on my nails. I recommend Brown and Deline to anyone who wants the best salon experience available in Ann Arbor!

BEST SALON IN THE COUNTY! I dont even know where to begin with my many positive experiences at this establishment! I have had my hair done for years and I recently started receiving the gel manicures. I always feel at home and am welcomed with a smile when I walk in the door! I love being refered to by name and not just "another client"!!!! I would have to say this is the BEST SALON in the city of Ann Arbor if not the best in the state!!!! Try it for yourself!
unhygienic ripoff, poor customer service Not only do salon stylist have the tendency to use the same combs on everyone (there were still hairs in the comb the stylist was trying to use on me), but when I was unhappy with the color, I was told I could return within 7 days to get it fixed. Well, it turns out that I was charged an additional $70, which they did not tell me upfront, and I was left with a surprise bill. d I went to Brown and Deline for several years. I saw many stylist whilel I was a customer. I went to Kristie W for years. After 6 months of bad hair cuts, she said if I was not happy with her I could go to another stylist. So I did and Lynette was able to fix the disaster of Kristi. And now Lynette is the only one who works on my hair
