The place to go if you're buying in Northwest, Louisiana and want great future service on your vehicle! We bought here in 2014 but now live in Bossier. Bossier's Dodge dealership wanted our truck for 2 days to tackle our recalls (mostly software updates) and wouldn't get me in to work on them until late June; to them we were just a number. I'm in a true bind, however, so a friend said I should make sure to call Brown in Minden. RecommendedI have never dealt with the sales department but if they are anything like the service department then I don’t know why anyone would ever go anywhere else. I drive from Benton to have my car worked on here. I have tried other dealerships but learn each time why I choose Browns over them. I especially appreciate Melinda and her help every time I need something. It’s nice that someone still cares about their customers like Browns service department does.

Just bought my third vehicle from these guys they are amazing.
Took my car there to get it fixed after an accident because they were close. Had to bring it back twice due to problems that should have been fixed with the transmission the first time. Took the car to another shop that I know and trust and they told me that the transmission was never fixed.
What do you do when your car absolutely dies before you’re ready?!? Go to Brown! Buying a car has never been that easy and pleasant! Thankful! #shoplocal
