The buying process was easy.I got the car I wanted.. The payments I wanted Donovan the sales manager was great. My down payment did not reflect on my paperwork so he fixed that right away and redid my contract. I was told I can pick my car up after they serviced it and detailed it. I went to get my car before they closed and it never got detailed. Trash and dirt everywhere. I do not recommend doing business with Browns. We recently purchased a gmc Denali Yukon for over $40k and traded in our old vehicle. Salesman said, whatever you need let me know. He called a few days later to ask if we had any issues and my husband mentioned that they needed to check the struts and the headlight was out. We thought we purchased a decent running vehicle! We were looking at buying a vehicle today and they would only give us half of the trade in value of our vehicle. they were not even interested in trying to work out a deal with us. I guess their business is doing so well during this economic downfall that they don't need our business.
We Bought a 2016 F250 Lariat, Brad in sales helped us out and got us our awesome truck.
Disappointing experience... enough said
